Tshepo possesses vast experience in supply chain, logistics and general management and has held senior positions in industry-leading companies such as SAB, ABI, Unitrans, UTI and Imperial.Holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) obtained through the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), a BCom (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Pretoria and a BCom in Business Management from the North-West University.

Empowerment initiatives as well as building a greater society and looking at

He holds qualifications in Computer Skills (GCC) (Galileo SA), Marketing Diploma,
Travel & Tourism Diploma (Gullivers Travel-United Kingdom), Presentation Skill
s Certificate (Business Finance, Business Administration & Management, Project
Management (Millpark Business School), Applied Economics (University of Cape Town)
as well as an online MBA.

Mpumi has a Diploma in Credit Management 2006, and an LLB degree with UNISA 2023, currently serving articles at Legal School and Development in Pretoria. She worked for the bank in various departments in home loans, dealing with Call Centres, Property Sales & Conveyancing. She is currently heading HR at Mpendolu Construction which is working with 4 other companies.

Mpumi served in the Sub-Committees of various Boards as an intern, and is very conversant with the legislation and principles governing Boards.
She is an advocate of the well-being of a boy child, and believes that the sooner the society pays attention to the young boys the better the society.
She is committed to being part of growth making a meaningful networking within Cede Capital and advance to the leadership position.
Mpumi loves hiking and traveling, as a way of unwinding.
